Terms of Service

These terms apply to detailing services provided by Aero Details (ABN 63 672 438 008). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices on our website are for a vehicle in typical condition, dropped off to us in Gungahlin.
• Mobile detailing at your property costs an extra $50 flat fee, which we'll include in your quote.
• Discounts and specials can't be combined. One discount applies per booking.
• We'll confirm your price before we begin. If your vehicle is larger or needs much more work than expected (for example heavy pet hair, mould, sand or biohazards), we'll explain why and agree a new price with you before continuing.

Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• For drop-offs, we'll agree a drop-off and pick-up time with you when you book.
• We may need to reschedule due to bad weather, illness or other circumstances outside our control. If so, we'll contact you as early as possible to find a new time.

Before we start

• Please remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle. We can't take responsibility for items left inside.
• Let us know about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or delicate surfaces before we begin.
• For mobile detailing, please make sure we have safe access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it.

What detailing can and can't do

Detailing greatly improves a vehicle's appearance, but some marks can't be fully removed, such as permanent stains, deep scratches, stone chips, or paint and trim that is already faded or damaged. We'll always be upfront with you about what to expect.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed. We accept PayID, bank transfer, tap to pay or cash.

If you're not happy

If you're not happy with any part of the job, please tell us within 48 hours. We'll come back and make it right.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Photos

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for our website and social media, with number plates hidden. Let us know if you'd prefer we don't.
